Training and Evaluation Products for the Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course for M1 Tank Commanders (19K BNCOC)

Abstract

This report contains six products that were developed for the Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course for M1 tank commanders (19k BNCOC). These products are (a) The Leadership Reaction Course, (b) The Pathfinder Land Navigation Course, (c) The Military Stakes Proficiency Test, (d) The Single Tank Tactical Exercise, (e) The Intra-Platoon Tactical Exercise, and (f) a sample lesson plan illustrating how problem solving, decision making, and interactive tasks can be trained in 19k BNCOC.
