Gallium Arsenide Integrated Circuits and Technology.

Abstract

Key efforts in gallium arsenide integrated circuits and technology in the UK and France are reviewed. The review is based on visits to five organizations working in the field, and covers the developments they are pursuing and the potential they exhibit for turning the products of their research into practical processes or manufactured components.
