Studies of Amorphous Ionic Systems, Electron Delocalized Polymers, and Methods for Materials Investigation.

Abstract

Studies on the properties of ionic solids, especially glasses, electron delocalized polymers, especially polydiacetylenes, the physical and chemical properties of ionomers, especially Nafion and sulfonated polystyrene ionomers, the optical and electron beam transformations of metal TCNQ charge transfer materials and their preparation as thin films, and the discovery of new methods for materials science studies are summarized.
