Harry S. Truman Dam and Reservoir. Archeological Survey and Reconnaissance within the Ten-Year Flood Pool. Part 2.

Abstract

This is a report of an archeological survey and reconnaissance conducted at the Harry S. Truman Dam and Reservoir Project in southwestern Missouri. The objectives of this study were to inventory archeological resources on 16% of the land between the poroject's conservation pool and ten-year flood pool an on 40% of the flood easement lands. A total of 180 new sites were recorded.
