Effectiveness of the Air Force Nondestructive Inspection Program.

Abstract

Report is an examination of the factors that influence the effectiveness of nondestructive inspection of aircraft and engine structures as now practiced in the US Air Force. It identifies inspection measures, consistent with minimum ownership costs, that can be taken to improve the safety and utilization of Air Force weapon systems. Keywords: nondestructive inspection.
