II-IV Semiconductor Superlattices.

Abstract

This report recalls recent results concerning the growth (by molecular beam epitaxy) and evaluation of quantum well and superlattice structures in the (Zn, Mn)Se materials system. This wideband II-VI semiconductor has potential applications for light emission in the blue/blue-green portion of the spectrum.
