Historical Research and Development Inflation Indices for U.S. Army Troop Support Items.
Abstract
The indices contained in this paper have been developed for PM-Mobile Electric Power, Ft. Belvoir, and Natick R&D Center to provide historical Research and Development inflation indices. These indices are used in the adjustment of historical R&D project costs for U.S. Army Troop Support items. The indices are broken out by Producer Price Index (PPI) Code used at each Command, an aggregate Command index, and an overall TROSCOM index.
