Millimeter Wave Transmission and Reflection Spectrometer.

Abstract

This program was to fabricate and test a unique six port device to make vector network analyzer measurements at frequencies ranging from 75 to 110 GHZ. These types of measurements are extremely difficult to make and have significantly limited the development of high frequency devices.
