An Evaluation of the Department of Defense Drug Testing Program.

Abstract

The focus of this study is restricted to the abuse of all drugs except alcohol. The object of this thesis is to determine whether the current DOD Drug Abuse Testing Program is a viable model for other agencies, public of private, to use in establishing their own programs. Cost data, testing procesures and test results will be examined. The cost data and test results might be especially useful for decision makers who must choose among alternative allocations of limited resources.
