Abstract

Data in this chapter will focus on frequency of moves, the costs involved, and the impact of the moves on the member and the family from the member's perspective. Tables on officer and enlisted personnel concerning frequency of moves in their career and impact of these moves. Data on beliefs about characteristics of the location members were assigned to. These questions present the basic attitudes and perceptions of the members with regard to quality of life that they and their families face.
