There were 64 attendees, including 47 from the USA, 8 from Japan, 6 from France, 2 from W. Germany, and 1 from Belgium. There were just over half from industry, with 6 from U.S. Government, and the remainder from universities. The abstracts of the papers presented are attached to yield a proceedings of the conference.
