A Workshop on Selectively Doped Heterostructure Materials, Devices and Circuits Held on December 2-7, 1984 at Santa Barbara, California. Abstracts of Papers.

Abstract

This conference was held to exchange information on the selectively doped heterojunction transistor (SDHT), also called MODFET, HEMT, and TEGFET. There were 64 attendees, including 47 from the USA, 8 from Japan, 6 from France, 2 from W. Germany, and 1 from Belgium. There were just over half from industry, with 6 from U.S. Government, and the remainder from universities. The abstracts of the papers presented are attached to yield a proceedings of the conference. There were several discussion sessions, with one panel session. It included Kiehl of ATT(now IBM), Laviron of Thomson CSF, Mimura of Fujitsu, Harris of Stanford, Heime of Deisburg, and Lee of Rockwell.
