Antimalarial Cyclic Peroxide Lactones.

Abstract

Total synthesis of qinghaosu based upon Zhou's method as shown in Scheme-2 has been achieved. New improved synthesis of ginghaosu as well as synthesis of new analogs related to ginghaosu are in progress. Keywords: Antimalarial Agents.
