Abstract
This report summarizes the presentations of the three invited speakers at this conference held in Rome in September 1986. Paul Baltes, Max Planck Institute for Psychological Research; L.A., Venger, Soviet Academy of Psychological Sciences; and Michael Rutter, University of Rome. The author states that much of the work discussed in these addresses is relatively novel, and as such deserves rapid public airing. Keywords: Aging, Memory.
