SEI Software Engineering Education Directory.

Abstract

The Software Engineering Institute is a new federally funded research and development center, sponsored by the Department of Defense, and operated by Carnegie Mellon University. The mission of the SEl is to serve the public interest by establishing the standard of excellence for the art and practice of software engineering and by accelerating the transition of software technology. The purpose of this directory is twofold. First, it should help people make rational choices among software engineering coursed and programs are available. The other major purpose is to establish and maintain contact between the SEI and the institutions which offer these courses and programs.
