Automating Base Fuels Accounting.

Abstract

This document recommends a reduction in the labor intensiveness of the base fuels accounting system as a means to decrease operating cost and increase capability. Author reviews the present accounting system, then proposes a personal computer be used to reduce personnel requirements and increase responsiveness of the fuels management system. (Author)
