Functional Capabilities Specification Communications Engineering Design System (COEDS).

Abstract

Communications Engineering Design Systems (COEDS) is an integrated system to aid in the design and performance evaluation of shipboard exterior RF communication systems. COEDS may also aid in the design and performance evaluation of fixed, mobile, and aircraft communication systems. This functional capabilities specification for COEDS is a detailed statement of the particular system functions that will be designed and built in COEDS. Keywords include: Communications Engineering Design System (COEDS), and Local Area Network (LAN).
