It Is Time for a New Approach to United States Foreign Policy.

Abstract

The paper looks at the historical aspect of United States foreign policy. The measureable results of our foreign policy have been less than satisfactory because we have tended to focus our dealings on individual countries without regard to the United States true national interests and objectives. This weakness in our foreign policy development, coupled with great turmoil in our political system, has led to great pressure on our foreign policy proces. A proposed foreign policy is developed as a solution to this short coming.
