Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act.

Abstract

The purpose of the Act along with a short background is provided. Key provisions of the Act are listed and described. The effects of the Act on the FY 86 defense budget are explained followed by a projection of the effects on the FY 87-91 defense budget. Finally, a list of concerns are raised by the author as 'food for thought.' (Author)
