AQCESS (Automated Quality of Care Evaluation Support System) Implementation Plan.

Abstract

The Automated Quality of Care Evaluation Support System (AQCESS) is a microcomputer based, integrated, terminal oriented, interactive, on-line computer system designed to support Patient Administration, Clinical Records, and Quality of Care Evaluation functions within a Military Medical Treatment Facility. The AQCESS Implementation Plan is divided into two parts. The first part is an overall description of AQCESS Implementation and training as it relates to all the elements involved in AQCESS. The second part is specifically designed to be used by MTF personnel in implementing AQCESS at each site.
