Evaluation of Used Automotive Oil Cofiring Practices for Compliance with Used Oil Regulations and Environmental Quality Requirements.

Abstract

Cofiring of used automotive oil in Navy boilers was examined with regards to used oil regulations and environmental impact. Air dispersion modeling of a boiler cofiring used automotive oil was also performed. Keywords: Lubricating oil; Lead(Metal); Hazardous wastes; Reclaimed fuel oil.
