The Relationship of Pavement Maintenance Costs to the Pavement Condition Index.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop a rational procedure for estimating unit maintenance and repair (M&R) costs for flexible pavements as a function of the Pavement Condition Index (PCI). This report summarizes the procedure developed and presents the results of its application at four military installations and one Corps of Engineers District. Keywords: Rehabilitation; Costs.
