Safety and Fire Prevention Guide for Hospital Safety Managers.

Abstract

This technical guide provides guidance to individuals responsible for safety and fire prevention in Army hospitals. It may also be a valuable tool to the experienced full-time safety person who has never worked in a hospital and to military personnel who have been assigned safety and fire prevention responsibility as a collateral duty. This guide is not meant to cover all of the day-to-day safety and fire prevention situations nor does it go into detail on each of the subjects it addresses. It does, however, provide factual information on a variety of subjects along with references so the interested person may obtain additional information.
