Comparable Worth in the Air National Guard.

Abstract

A recent phenomenon in the human resource management arena has emerged called comparable worth. It raises questions as to the relative worth of efforts/contributions women make towards an organization's goal attainment compared to those of men. This study will define the limits of the phenomenon and look into its implications and applicabilities to the Air National Guard.
