Five Leadership Principles for Junior Officers,

Abstract

Leadership development of junior officers is of critical importance to the Air Force. This research project expands on five of the leadership principles set forth in AFP-35-49. Discussion includes an expanded definition, examples from past and current military leaders, and personal development based on experience as an Air Force officer.
