Project Execution Plan Simplex Mooring Inspection.

Abstract

This report describes the plans to inspect the Navy-installed mooring at the Simplex Wire and Cable Co. on the Piscataqua River near Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The mooring was installed in June 1978 and, was inspected in Dec 1981. This report includes plans for its next inspection in Apr 1983, including underwater inspection.
