Technical Assistant/Volunteer Coordinator Training Manual.

Abstract

This manual is designed to orient coordinators of Technical Assistant/Volunteer (TA/V) programs. The TA/V program is an adjunct to ongoing technology transfer efforts at federal R&D laboratories. The TA/V Coordinator manages scientists and technicians who volunteer their time and expertise to these technology transfer efforts. This manual complete the instructional materials for TA/V programs. As an aid to the TA/V Coordinator in drawing on the vast network of national R&D resources, appendix A lists Federal Laboratory Consortium Technology Transfer Coordinators. In addition, appendix B lists materials available through VOLUNTEER: The National Center.
