A System Analysis and Design Proposal for the Comptroller of the United States Naval Postgraduate School.

Abstract

A major problem experienced by the Naval Postgraduate School Comptroller concerns the methods presently used in the labor distribution budget process. These methods are primarily manual and very labor intensive. Developing and implementing an information management system system for the comptroller will significantly reduce labor requirements and enhance the timeliness and accuracy for the information required to perform the budget process.
