Civil Engineering Handbook for Squadron Commanders.

Abstract

This handbook was developed to inform the newly assigned squadron commander of the different methods of work identification and accomplishment used in civil engineering. The study evaluates the need for this type of information and covers such areas as work orders, job orders, recurring work, and contract work. The handbook consolidates this information into a simply worded, single source for squadron commanders to use as an easy reference.
