Abstract

This is a report of an occupational survey of the Tactical Air Command and Control career ladder completed by the USAF Occupational Measuremnt Center April 1987. The career ladder was previously surveyed in 1979. The survey was conducted in response to a request from the Training Development Services Division of the USAF Occupational Measurement Center to provide data which will be useful in the preparation of career ladder training development plans.
