Abstract
This specification establishes the design of Function PRE1, Parcel Application Program, one of the major functions of the Configuration Item Precomplier to be built and formally accepted by the ICAM Program Office. This CI constitutes one of the subsystems of the Comman Data Model Processor. The purpose of this Computer Program Configuration Items (GPCI) is to partition the input Application Program into parcels that other Precomplier components will access and update. The following functions will be performed by this CPCI: 1) Determine source code of the Application Program; 2) Determine the Application Program name; and 3) Divide the Application Program into the correct number of parcels depending on the program language.
