Prime Contract Awards in Labor Surplus Areas, First Half Fiscal Year 1987.

Abstract

This Semiannual report provides detailed information on Department of Defense (DoD) prime contract awards over $25,000 for performance in labor surplus areas. Supporting data are presented by state, county, and city, according to the purchasing department making the awards. The report excludes awards to Government agencies, awards for work outside of the United States, and awards in support of the DoD Foreign Military Sales program. (Table 2 contains data on awards to U.S. business firms only.)
