The Design and Management of Work Teams.

Abstract

This is the final report for the project, Design and Management of Work Teams. The report describes the contributions of the project to (a) basic theory about group performance, (b) the development of research methodologies suitable for studying group task effectiveness, and (c) the accumulation of findings of use in designing and managing work teams.
