Small Boat Test Plan.

Abstract

Standard tests to document the performance of Coast Guard small craft outlined in this report. The test procedures for various calm and rough water aspects of small craft performamce form general guidelines to be used in the writing of specific test plans for testing existing Coast Guard boats and candidate replacement craft. The Small Boat Test Plan is an extension, and in some cases an adaptation, of the existing General Test Plan for Advanced Marine Vehicles, with the focus on the special needs and requirements of small craft.
