Annotated Computer Output for Illustrative Examples of Clustering Using the Mixture Method and Two Comparable Methods from SAS.

Abstract

This is the annotated computer output for the three clustering methods considered in the associated technical report, Illustrative Examples of Clustering using the Mixture Method and Two Comparable methods from SAS, by Basford, Federer generated from a fortran program, KMM, written by Basford. Two other clustering methods are considered and are from SAS/CLUSTER, Version 5. These are Ward's method and the EML method. Two real data sets are processed.
