Evaluation of Device Figure of Merit in Microwave Switching Circuit Design.

Abstract

In microwave switching circuit design, a switching-semiconductor figure of merit can be defined and used as the measure of device switching effectiveness. In this thesis research switching-semiconductor figures of merit were applied to general switching circuits. Computer-aided circuit analysis program (Touchstone), and a Fortran program were used for the computation of switching circuit performance. (Thesis).
