Abstract

This report presents the results of a detailed Air Force occupational survey of the Machinist career ladder (AFSC 427XO). This survey was requested by Headquarters Air Training Command Technical Training, Combat Support Training Division/TTOC, and the Training Development Services Division of the USAF Occupational Measurement Center (USAFOMC/OMT) to determine the currency of career ladder documents and to obtain current data to determine training requirements and recommendations. Authority for conducting occupational surveys is contained in AFR 35-2. Computer products upon which this report is based are available for use by operations and training officials.
