Abstract

The authors were tasked to investigate the Ionospheric Holography Experimental System undergoing development under UCLA auspices at HIPAS including both questions of engineering feasibility and of the validity of interpretation of the results in terms of extracting meaningful information about the ionosphere. The conclusions in this report represent interactions with the U group through approximately mid-September 1986. Keywords: Test facilities; Alaska.
