Abstract

The Training Effectiveness Analysis (TEA) summary volumes explain the analysis of the data gathered on both institutional training and unit training across a range of combat, combat support a nd combat service support systems and skills, supplemented by research into such complete tests as CAMMS, REALTRAIN and Chaparral. It provided some of the data necessary for the formulation of the Battalion Training Model and provided insight into the general state of training in the Army.
