Visualization: The Key for Tomorrow's Air Force Leaders.

Abstract

The current generation of Air Force leaders, almost exclusively, use the left portion of the human brain to solve problems that face them. This side of the brain is logical, analytical and uses words as a medium with which to function. The challenges of the 21st century are much more complex and rapidly changing. One of the keys that could help us all meet the challenges is the more effective use of the right side of the human brain--the side which uses visualization or imagining a means to solve problems.
