Communications-Electronics (C-E) System: Data Quality Study.

Abstract

The investigation involved identification and assessment of anomalies in the C-E data. This study was based primarily on an assessment of FY83 C-E data files as well as from the Military Personnel Center (MPC) system (E300Z) and the Accounting and Budget Distribution System (ABDS) (H069R). This study is intended to provide a background for the development of techniques for monitoring C-E system data quality, and to aid in timely identification and correction of errors in current C-E system products.
