Communications-Electronics (C-E) System: FY84 Data Quality Study.

Abstract

This study is to identify anomalous conditions, investigate the most significant anomalies pin point the major source of each problem, recommend steps to remedy the most significant anomalies. It contains the results of the study of data from both a test and final run of the C-E system for FY84. This study is intended to provide a background for the development of techniques for monitoring C-E system data quality, and to aid in timely identification and correction of errors in current C-E system products.
