Abstract

This program investigated, both theoretically and experimentally, new approaches to constructing XUV and soft x-ray lasers; it is a continuation and extension of our work sponsored by the predecessor contracts. Keywords: Ultraviolet lasers; Short wavelength lasers; Extreme ultraviolet.
