Abstract

The materials presented in this research note were presented as part of Project A , the Army's current large-scale manpower and personnel effort, which seeks to improve the selection. classification, and utilization of Army Enlisted personnel. This note supplements ARI Technical Report 746, the Project Annual report for the 1985 Fiscal Year. It augments that report by providing copies of a set of technical papers that were prepared during the year reporting in detail on phases of the project research method, and the results.
