A Study of the Department of Radiology General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the cause of patient dissatisfaction relative to time waiting in the Department of Radiology at an Army Community Hospital. The intent of this study was to identify the area within the Department of Radiology which had problems that had an adverse impact on patient waiting time, and to identify the specific problems. The author explained the problems that were found, and made recommendations to correct these problems. Keywords: Customer service; Medical services ;Health care.
