Cement Paste Matrix Composite Materials Center.

Abstract

The report describes the first year implementation of the Center for Excellence on Cement Paste Matrix Composite Materials. Topics include organization and administration, equipment acquisitions, personnel and the development of a comprehensive research program. Preliminary results on projects involving processing of MDF cements and the electrical properties of DSP cements are presented. Keywords: Cementitious materials, Cement pastes, Flexural strength.
