Static and Dynamic Jamming of Networks.

Abstract

The performance of a packet radio network (PRnet) under various intelligent jamming strategies is examined. Probability destiny function of various jamming strategies are derived. These are classified as dynamic or static, depending on whether or not the density function is time varying. The investigation is carried out in two stages. The static jamming attack is considered first. The mathematical formulas are introduced and the results are compared to the simulation results. The dynamic jamming attack is addressed in the second stage. The possible observables are discussed in this report.
