Research on Mercury Cadmium Telluride.

Abstract

Accomplishment during this reporting period include the design of a new epitaxial reactor, the growth of high quality cadmium telluride and HgCdTe on both gallium arsenide and CdTe substrates, and the development of a comprehensive theory for the growth of CdTe in OMCVD systems.
