Abstract

This document was prepared under the supervision of the Office of Aviation Policy and Plans of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). It provides technical documentation for the FAA's report, Airport and Airway Costs: Allocation and Recovery in the 1980s,' (FAA-APO-87-7). This volume provides a brief overview of the Cost Allocation Model and instructions on how to use the model. Individual files and data bases comprising the model are also described.
