Topical Meeting on Picosecond Electronics and Optoelectronics
Abstract
The purpose of this conference is to bring together workers in the areas of electronics and optoelectronics who share a common interest in the physics and technology of pico-second solid state devices, their multi-gigahertz applications and ultrafast measurement techniques. Subjects covered included: optoelectronic devices; semiconductor device physics; electronic devices; cryo- electronics; device fabrication technology; device characterization; and circuits and signal processing.
