Temperature-Dependent Conductivity of Oxygen-Depleted YBCO Ceramics.
Abstract
The electrical conductivity of the oxygen depleted material YBa2Cu3O6.4 has been determined as a function of temperature. The conductance is more accurately described as variable range hopping between localized states than as activated conductivity characteristic of a semiconductor. Keywords: Superconductivity, Yttrium, Barium, Copper, Ceramic oxide, Perovskite, Incipient superconductor.
